Fixed capacitors

The installation of fixed capacitors is, for small users, technically a good solution. Comar Benelux can propose a large scale of fixed capacitors with or without a built-in protection.

• The capacitors are modular and reinforced.
• Metal enclosure  IP40 with protective cap.

Capacitors for NORMAL polluted network :

• Type CTH 10 kVar - 440 V : Modular three-phased capacitor up to maximum 50 kVar - 440 V 

Capacitors for MEDIUM polluted network :

• Type CTH/5  8 kVar - 440 V : Modular three-phased capacitor up to maximum 40 kVar - 440 V.      

These fixed capacitors are often used as compensation of the zero load losses (called the copper and iron losses) in high tension transformers.
